How It Works
Three steps, then it's out of your hands
Every piece is made from your own photo and matched to your pet's real markings and expression. Dogs and cats both welcome.
1. Send us a photo
One clear, front-on shot of their face. Phone photos are fine — we work from what you've got, including HEIC straight off an iPhone. You add it right on the product page, along with your pet's name and anything we should know about them.
2. We make the artwork
Your pet, not a lookalike. We match their real coat, markings, ear set and expression — including the goofy one, if that's the photo you picked. We never make a pet look more formal or composed than the photo you chose, because you chose that photo for a reason.
3. You approve, then we print
We email you a proof within 2–3 business days, and nothing goes to print until you say yes. In a hurry? Tick “skip the proof” on the product page and we print as soon as it’s ready — you won’t see it first, and if it isn’t right we remake it once, free. It comes from orders@hallofpaws.com — if you don't see it, check your junk folder. If it isn't right, tell us and we'll put it right. Once you approve, it's printed and shipped direct to your door.

Everything is made to order in the USA. Orders of $49 or more ship free within the US, counted after any discount. If your order has more than one item, they can come from different workshops and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking email. Below $49, shipping is calculated at checkout based on what you've bought and where it's going.
Common questions
What makes a good photo?
Clear, well lit, and facing the camera. We work from the face, so that's the part that needs to be sharp. Screenshots are fine — we ignore any phone interface, timestamps or filters baked into the image.
Can you do cats?
Yes. Every scene works for cats as well as dogs.
What if I don't like the proof?
Tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it. Nothing is printed until you've approved it, so there's no risk of a finished product you didn't want. If you chose to skip the proof, tell us anyway — we remake it once, free.
Can you put more than one pet in a piece?
Tell us in the notes when you order and we'll come back to you before anything is made.
