Send us a photo
One clear, front-on shot of their face. Phone photos are fine — we work from what you've got, including HEIC straight off an iPhone.

We make the artwork
Your pet, not a lookalike. We match their real markings, coat and expression — including the goofy one, if that's the photo you picked.

You approve, we print
We email a proof within 2–3 business days. Nothing goes to print until you say yes, then it ships direct to your door. In a hurry? Tick “skip the proof” — if it misses, we remake it once, free.
Before you order
The questions we get asked
Will it actually look like my pet?
That is what the proof is for. We match their real coat, markings, ear set and expression — including the goofy one, if that's the photo you picked. You see the artwork by email within 2–3 business days, and unless you've ticked “skip the proof”, nothing is printed until you say yes.
If it isn't right, tell us what's wrong and we'll change it. That costs you nothing. Skipped the proof? We check the artwork against your photo ourselves, and remake it once, free, if it misses.
What makes a good photo?
Clear, well lit, and facing the camera. We work from the face, so that's the part that needs to be sharp.
Screenshots are fine — we ignore any phone interface, timestamps or filters baked into the image. HEIC straight off an iPhone is fine too.
Do you do cats? More than one pet?
Cats, yes — every scene works for them.
Most scenes fit up to three pets. Where a scene does, the product page gives you a photo slot for each one, and the artwork is built around however many you send.
How long does it take?
You'll have the proof to look at within 2–3 business days of ordering. Printing and shipping start once you approve it, or once we've checked it ourselves if you ticked “skip the proof”.
