What we need from you
- A photo — one clear, front-on shot of their face. Phone photos are fine, including HEIC straight off an iPhone.
- Their name — up to 14 characters, because on some themes it gets printed into the artwork itself.
- Anything we should know — optional. Markings we might miss, a collar to keep, an eye colour to get right.
What happens next
We hand-craft the artwork from your photo, matching your pet's real coat, markings and expression. You get a proof by email. Only once you've approved it do we print and ship, made to order in the USA.
